Applications available to vendors for the 2017 Health and Happiness Fair

Palatine Township is holding it’s free Health and Happiness Fair for Township residents on Wednesday, July 19, 2017.  We will be accepting applications from new vendors. For those interested in applying,  you may view and print an application by clicking on this link.

Please note that vendors applying to the Health and Happiness Fair should be health-related businesses.  Specialties can include health education and injury prevention, nutrition and general physical health. These are broad categories intended as a guide.

Preference will be given to Palatine Township-based service providers and those vendors offering free services, screenings or educational presentations that will benefit our community.  Previous fair participants are welcome to apply as well.

We anticipate over 200 interested community members to attend. The Health and Happiness Fair will be advertised in the Township newsletter, our Facebook page and on our website.

Completed applications must be submitted to the Township no later than April 28, 2017. Participants will be notified by May 31, 2017. You may scan and email your application to Lori Lindberg at

Please feel free to fax the form to (847) 358-2888 if you prefer.
