All holidays have a special meaning, purpose, or are in honor of something. As Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and others come closer, please think of those in our community who do not have much. Please help the Township assist those who need it the most.

Donate:
Food to the pantry.
Toys for "Toy Drive"
and as always, any monetary gift is tax deductible.

Thank you all for helping us, help others!

Each year, Palatine Township coordinates a number of programs which assist our neighbors in need. Helping families from our community is a wonderful way to celebrate the true meaning of the holiday season.

We hope that you will consider supporting one of the community programs. Please click on "Assistance Programs" for opportunities.

The Township of Palatine is located in northwest Cook County within the Chicago area.  While Palatine Township is the same geographic size as most townships in Illinois, 36 square miles, it is among the most heavily populated with 113,000 residents.

We are proud to share our geographic area with all or part of Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Inverness, Arlington Heights, Hoffman Estates, Barrington, South Barrington and Schaumburg.  Our borders are:  East - Wilke Road; West - Huntington Road; North - Lake Cook Road; South - Central Road.

The people of Palatine Township enjoy the opportunity to choose from suburban bedroom communities and areas, rural sections and urbanized "downtown" areas.
